All of our workshops are intended to guide young adults through a variety of skills including making friends, dating, and engaging in romantic relationships. Workshops are held on specific weeks & weekends throughout the year and may be followed with optional social events, exclusively for group members.
When are the workshops?
Workshop topics and dates, as well as any other upcoming events, are posted throughout the year and can be found in the "upcoming events" tab.
How long are the workshops?
Depending on the workshop, it will either be held for 2 full days across 3-4 weeks. Each day of the workshop consists of 2-4 hours of instruction.
How do I sign up for a workshop?
Use the link below to contact us for the workshop you are interested in. Once we receive your contact, if there are still spots available in the workshop, we will start the intake process including forms and questionnaires, to make sure the workshop is a good fit for you.
Are there any requirements for attending the workshop?
Workshop participants must be at least 18 years old. Adapt's workshops are designed to be interactive and allow all participants to role-play and attend throughout. As such, please make sure that you are available to attend the entirety of the workshop that you choose.
